I asked Seagate if they knew what the problem was but they sent me to Microsoft and there wasn't anything there. Anyway, I have a 400gb drive that is partitioned into two or whatever, Drive C and G. C has the main operating system and G is just a data drive. A recycle bin recently showed up on drive G. Whenever I try to delete it, it says I don't have permission. Is there a way to delete it? I also have a System Information folder on that drive. Do these folders really need to be there?

Yes, they do

If they drive you nuts, hide system files and folders under MY COMPUTER > FOLDER OPTIONS > VIEW
