I have Windows XP and Windows 2000. I want to remove 2000. How do I do it. I looked it up on google and it came up with a Microsoft site but there was a few options and I didn't know which one to pick. I want XP on my PC but not Windows 2000, Does anyone know a website explaining how to do that?

i have my 2000 on a second hard drive, then it's no problem to just diconnect it or change jumpers or BIOS boot order. If you got them on the same hard drive we need another opinion, but there is a free program out there called "bootswitcher" I think at downloads.com that can enable and disable second operating systems.

How many harddrives? How is the PC configured?

Who installed xp? When you did, where did you install it (directory)?
