Audio problem on Acer Ferrari

I have an ACER FERRARI 4005 WLMI, and I encountered a problem with sound. It's too low. I've increased the volume at maximum, and there is no improvement. I've noticed it when I've put my headphones in, and there is no more than 50 % of loud in it.
Please, if somebody have experienced such a problem, or anybody knows anything about it, I'll be gratefull on your help!
