I am infected with the about: blank. I have run ad-aware, cwshredder, and spybot as well as Norton anti-virus. I am running Windows 98. This about:blank keeps returning. Please help.

Me again.

I thought I had removed it...I restarted the computer again and google came up as my homepage instead of about: blank....but then 20 minutes later Norton popped up with a warning about C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\se.dll
said it could not be quarantined...and I have about:blank again.
