I'm having major problems playing DVD's on my laptop. When I put a DVD in, the computer completely freezes up. Then, when I eject the DVD the computer shuts down. I tried playing CD's to see if that would work and it is fine.
If anyone has any clue how to fix this or even what type of problem it is, please let me know! Most people I have asked had never heard of this before. Thanks
