Is there a way to let TaskMangr show ALL files as default?

Normally, when you do Browse in the Run Dialog, summoned by Taskmangr, it will default to Programs only.
But I don't want that to happen, I want to see ALL files immediatly.

Is there a way to do that?
In example, how does Taskmangr know that "Programs" means ".com;.exe;.bat;.pif;.cmd"???
Is that located in the registry somewhere? And would it be possible to just change that line to ".*"?
