Windows Dumping Physical Memory - Shutting down.

My windows XP keeps shutting down and a blue screen appears with


Windows is dumping physical memory and it suggests i disable BIOS memory options.
any help would be great.

Andy, this is usually associated with a driver error for a piece of hardware

Along with the error, you should see a list of parameters, a stop message and possibly something about a file with a ***.sys
