Cannot upload pictures to craigslist or ebay or to my printer, cannot print anything off my computer, I think a program got erased.

You are going to need to give us a bit more information before we can help you. Can you answer the questions below please?

1. Where are these pictures stored? i.e are they saved to your computers hard drive?

2. Can you open the pictures on your computer if you just wish to view them (instead of printing, uploading etc)? If so, what program/software are you using to look at them? e.g Internet Explorer, MS Paint, Imaging, Photoshop etc.

3. What type of graphics files are these? EG Are they jpegs (.jpg), bitmaps (.bmp), gifs (.gif) etc?
