What is memory specs for your PC? PC and printer make/model? Have you run Disk Cleanup? Run Disk Defragmenter?
Have you installed latest drivers from manufacturer's web site for printer?
Have you tried shutting down thr Running Processes (please list number) you do not need at Bootup? I would uncheck the ones not needed.

Hard drive space issues will cause this error, or permissions issues on a network. If printer is physically connected to your PC, try removing/re-adding printer also. I have also ran into an issue using USB connection. It needed USB driver update to get it fixed.
