Okay first time using this website hope it helps me.. last resort

I was being a dumbass and I clicked on a link that someone sent me on AIM and it was a trojan/virus.

I know little about comptuers and little less on trojans and virus's and all that crap. I ran my Antiv PE classic, and Spybot search and destroy and both of them detect it but cant delete it. Spybot says something like "these items are stored in the memory restart computer"
((that dosnt work))
I cant get rid of it.. i dont even know where to start

not sure if you need anymore information about it or what not.. but directions would be great.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .
That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware staff, please return to this thread.
