XP cannot "SEE" My USB HD

Hmmm... don't know what I did , I have 2 USB 250 GIG HD, XP has always able to see both of them without any problem. Now XP only sees one,. Went to Device Manager and saw " ! "" in one of the PnP BIOS Extension Driver. I uninstall it for some reason.
Looks like XP is seeing this External HD as my Internal HD, when I click on the Prpertes of the USB External HD. Any suggestions?

You could try going to the device with the yellow ! next to it in devise manager and right click, select update driver.
