Microsoft Outlook and office

Ok. So here's the deal, when I launch anything that's office it tells me in the Outlook that it can't find speech recognition files and in word or excell sku112.cab wasn't found. SO it asks to install stuff. What do I do about it.

ANd now, new problem, when I want to save something that I got in email, when I browse for the place to put the file, outlook hangs up. It is only outlook that causes explorer behave like that. And it just happened to be. PLease help me. :whistling:
