Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

the very last instruction is to post a hijackthis log, so I went looking for yours so I could see it, but there was no log

So, I don't know, did you really follow all the instructions or not? You did not follow the last one...

sigh

You simply refuse to follow instructions. The instructions are very clear and I was very clear

Hijackthis logs go there.

Only half looking, I can see at least 1 trojan horse and two suspicious processes

If you want to fix your problems you have to CAREFULLY read and follow instructions. Even if we had the entire staff standing behind you helping you along, you will still have a screwed up system if you cannot do this.

One last time.

GO TO THE MALWARE FORUM HERE
http://www.geekstogo...o_Here-f37.html

Follow the instructions at the top by clicking
Click Here before posting a Hijack This log.

Post a hijackthis log IN THAT FORUM

A malware expert will help clean you up

IF THE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE AFTER THE MALWARE EXPERT SAYS YOU ARE CLEAN, return to THIS THREAD and I will help you

It is absolutely pointless for me to help you until the malware is clear because the malware might be causing your problem

Please, please, please follow these instructions.

thanks! :whistling:

I know it sounds odd, but it just works better when we keep these two things (malware and OS issues) seperate
