Hi,
I am having problem with my pc since few days. My desktop suddenly disapper along with taskbar. same thing with safe mode too. I have tried few things like scan and hijack.

I have used trojan scanner and hijackthis. both report are attached here.

Can someone please help me to get back my desktop?

Hi reena...

You've got a pretty good malware infection going there. We'll need to get that cleaned up first.

Please go to the Malware Forum and complete the steps there.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- post a hijackthis log in THAT forum. Do Not reply to or "bump" your own topic...if it shows a reply, it may be overlooked as one that is being worked on.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

Thanks for your reply. I have followed all five steps of malware forum. Unfortunately still desktop and taskbar are disapper.I am sending you Ewido anti malware scan report and hijakthis scan report. please let me know what I need to do more to get back desktop and taskbar.
