Modifying iso files

I would like to know if it is possible to modify a game that is in iso format. For example I heard that you can add your own custom music to a game by modifying the iso file. If it is possible I would like to what programs
could do it and how.

BTW i wasn't too sure where to post this so sorry if this belongs somewhere else.

The iso file? you shouldnt have an iso file at all those should be on your CD and wont help you, you can add your own music in some games as long as they have support for you doing it you should do some research on the net most that can do it will tell you how.
