how do i know if i have a firewall on my computer? how do i access it if i have one. i had firewall protection with norton but i'm changing to another program and it does not have a firewall.
please advise.

do you have xp service pack 2? if so..then you've got a firewall (not a very good one mind you...but it is indeed a firewall)

thanks, i do have xp and service pack 2. what do you use for a firewall?

well...i'm on a computer at work...so i've actually got 2 seperate hardware firewalls...i don't use software firewalls at work (nor at home...as i'm on dialup...and my computer sucks anyway)
