Hi StrikerX,

I believe that you would need to have the Publisher2003 file saved as a Publisher97 file. See the following quote from Microsoft http://www.microsoft...fo/faq.mspx#E3H

Interoperability with Related Programs
Q. Can I share Publisher 2003 files with users of previous versions of Publisher?

A. Yes. You can open and edit Publisher 2003 files in Publisher 2003 and Publisher 2002, as they share the same file format. To open and edit Publisher 2003 files in Publisher 2000 or Microsoft Publisher 98, simply save your files to the previous version: On the File menu, click Save As. In the Save as type box, click Publisher 2000 Files (*.pub) or Publisher 98 Files (*.pub).

From what I remember, I don't think you can open a 98 with 97.

Depending on how many pages the publisher file has, you may be able to save it as a Word document and paste into 97 from there with a little formatting.
