hi all,
I am evaluating Trend Micro's InterScan Messaging Security Suite for SMTP, i am facing trouble in integrating it with Exchange, IMSS is not scanning the mails and its counter is also not increasing .. i feel their is sm error in dns (MX) record resolution.. bt im not able to find one..

here is my scenario ( note im usung VM Ware for testing purpose)

Exchange 10.10.10.1 gateway 10.10.10.3
IMSS 10.10.10.2 gateway 10.10.10.3
Router( 2000 machine ) interface 1: 10.10.10.3
interface 2 : 172.16.10.1
client 172.16.10.x ( external n/w ) gateway 172.16.10.1
dns for external n/w ( 172.16.10.1) ( same machine as the router )
dns fer internal n/w ( 10.10.10.3) ( same machine as router )

NO FIREWALL

client--------->r<------------->IMSS<------------>exchange
