Cant Login At All

At first I thought it was just one site but now its happend again. I signed up to a site today and it wont let me login at all, the info I type is 100% right, It happend on a site a few weeks back I joined aswell. Everythings ok with other site's I signed upto ages ago I can login fine. Why is this happining ?, I need this sorting.
