Hello to everybody . . .

When my PC boots up, I am required to click on the Administrator icon to finish the booting session . . .

Something has changed recently 'cause I didn't have to do that before . . .

Tried a System Restore but it didn't help . . .

Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply . . .

It might be just me, but changing users doesn't help . . .

I can't find an option to start Windows without having to click on a name . . .

What I'm trying to do is ... have my 'puter completely boot with no username required . . .

That's what I can't figure out.... and why it somehow changed to it's current settings . . .

If you want Windows to automatically log you into your account instead of having to choose from the 4 accounts you currently have, you will need to have only one account, with no password on it.

Windows will automatically login to this account when it boots up.

unless of course those other 4 users are actually needed...if they are...you can make the changes listed here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315231
then your chosen user will automatically log on...but you will still be able to log off of that user...and log on as the other users
