Hi I recently helped out a friend by installing a new OS on her system. She used to have Win ME, but Ive recently just installed Win2k. However, I don't have any drivers for some of my devices (ethernet, audio, and video drivers)

Its a very generic computer, I think the name is x86 Computers. Is there anyway I can install generic drivers? Or anyway I can figure out which drivers I'm suppose to install? Apparently she doesnt have any of the original CDs that came with the PC. Thanks for the help!

i'm asking questions because that's my job here....we won't help you if you're doing something illegal...so you're going to have to bear with my lines of questioning....sorry...

here's another question....have you installed this copy of 2000 that you PURCHASED from school on any other machines?(like do you have a computer at your house that this is currently installed on...as i doubt you bought it just for your friend)
