I need to register (or load) a different version of the Shell.dll file. I tried using REGSVR32 to unload and load, but I was given a message that the porcess was in use and would not give me permission.

Is there any way to accomplish while still logged in Windows? The computer that I use has me locked out of accessing the CMOS so that I can configure booting from a floppy or CD rom. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
