Can't get on the Internet unless I Log Off

I recently ran a Spybot search and found something called Freeze and Casalmedia. Freeze had 3 entries and Casalmedia had 7. I've noticed that i can't double click on any program and get access unless i log off and come back on. I have Mozilla and i ran Winsock the last couple of days to fix the problem all to no avail. I ran Ad aware i also did an Ewido scan and i ran Cleanup and Ccleaner. I'm not sure what this could be, but i was hoping if someone knows what this might be they could shed some light on my problems. Thanks in advance.
