Problem with Remote Connection

We are using Windows Server 2003 Enterprise edition SP1 as a primary domain in our office.I am using windows XP SP2 .I am not able to connect to that server from my XP system.When i am connecting through Remote connction its giving a message like this which is as follows.

The remote session was disconnected because there are no terminal server license Servers available to provide license

what is the problem with this.Is there any problem with any of the systems.
Please do me the needful

are you using terminal services on the server?

If not, remove it and enable Remote Desktop for Administration by going to Control Panel > System > Remote
on the server
