Hi

I have read several similar problems on here but to date havent found a solution.

Stupidly, :whistling: the other night I pressed yes when Outlook suggested I might like to free up some space by compacting messages. Boy - what a mistake that was. They are gone (forever I fear)!! I have found the files, but although they appear to be the right size files etc, I am unable to import them back in as Outlook tells me that the file is either "in use" or no emails found within file.

I have also tried restore point but due to other problems I had with Surf Side Kick 3, I have not been able to restore further back than when a guy on here resolved all of those problems for me.

I purchased a programme on line "Outlook Express Repair" but frankly not sure how to use it.]

Every time I log out out of Outlook now, it asks me the same question. Of Course I say no but am concerned that one day I will press the wrong button. Is there a way to stop the question being asked??

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks
Emma
