...not untill we identify them...are they both the same shape/size/color? or is one blue and one is white and wider? are the two places to plug a monitor in on the same card or are they actually in a different place on a different card

It says loading vax347b.sys then I see the screen with Input Signal Out of Range and a Power Management Countdown after which the screen goes dark, but I think the computer is still on.

can y ou boot into normal mode long enough to completely uninstall it?

vax347b.sys all of my reasearch says taht this is related to alcohol..i've even seen similar issues to yours because of it

I have been getting into my desktop no problem. I will uninstall today and see if I can get into Safe Mode. Although, maybe now that Alcohol is gone, I won't need to disable any restart function. What do you think?

Also, I think I do have an overheating problem. The temps on my CPU are on the high side. My fans are blowing in the right direction and I just dusted my computer. Do you have any recommendations on how to keep my temps down? I was thinking maybe it's because I leave my computer on so much. So, myabe I should turn it off every night after use.

you could get bigger fan's for the temps...or a better heatsink

Do you have a suggestion for good fans? I know nothing about them. The fans came with the case I bought.
