Right click the network connection icon and choose repair. If that doesn't help, you may want to phone the ISP so they can test your signal from the cable. Do you have a known working modem you could substitute for diagnostics?

I did a tracert and got this. Supposely comcast said that the problem was a area problem and it had been fixed. Well thats what the tech always tells me when he comes to check cause every time he checks my line works perfectly but as soon as they leave BOOM packet loss.
