Hi tlen,

It is really no big deal. It won't hurt you there.

I run Bit Defender as my AV and the little rascal puts bad stuff in folders like that and I can't delete them. The only way I found to do it was to uninstall AV then delete if it was left. Wasn't worth the trouble, in my opinion.
