Call your current ISP and ask them for more upload speed.

Did not explain properly I gess.
Just need to know why my upload speed is not what it should be and possibly how to teek it or right it to work properly.

How far off of your suggested upload speed are you? Usually messing with speed tweaks in XP is something that you want to try and avoid.

I actualy had to gess at what it was suposed to be but was off base with it.
Afriend of mine that is more familiar with comcasts site sowed me where to look for the stats and I was right on the mark so no pooint in me tring to do anything realy I would just jack the system up. Not a good idea.
