Thank-you sooo much. I do have my Product Key code now. Do I just close out of there or do I click on.."Add to my list" or "refresh"....??

Can I proceed with everything you said...

1. Click Start, and then click Run......etc....

Renee.

Make a note of the number, put it somewhere safe because you will need that whenever you re-install or repair XP

You can close rockxp

Run the other bit, check it goes exactly as it should, if not post back

Hello again.

I did everything as you suggested. I was sooo hoping...darn!!!

I get all done and rebooted and it still comes up...

"Your windows product must be activated within 1 day. Do you want to activate windows?"

Thanks for your time...what do you suggest I do now?

Two things are to go as far as modifying the number to de-activate windows, close the registry editor and reboot

If no change, call your local Microsoft Office
