Server Busy

hi anyone knows why i have this screen prompt hen i start my windows? its Server busy message...

message in the box is:

Doc1.doc 280KB 19 downloads

This action cannot be completed because the other progra is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem.

then it has the button ... Switch To, Retry and Cancel

pls help me how do this happen and what is the cause of this..
