was wondering if you can help. I have been having problems with some of my programs running did spybot but it says i have to reg first. I dont have the money to by these programs. Is there any free removers. with programs that delete them cause theres alot of stuff infected on my puter when i did spybot and it says i have to reg it to clean agian i dont have the money.....What can i do

i just wanna speed up my roadrunner connectinon

i have the aol rr combo

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
