Internet cuts out when not in use

My problem is my internet cuts out on me when I leave it for a while or start up.
it will fix it self over time but Im getting the blame for it all.
I have Broadband.

right click on my computer > manage > device manager > find the NIC card > right click > properties > power tab> untic the "allow computer to turn this device off to save power" box...apply and close all of those screens...any better?
