Yahoo Mail Certificate?

Today I am having trouble using Yahoo Mail without being asked to install a "certificate". My security settings say the name is not valid. BUT I keep getting the screen to install it EVERY TIME a new page loads. How can I get rid of it? It says it is issued to a248.e.akamai.net and issued by GTE Cyber Trust Global Root. Thank you,
