cant play internet video files with wmp

I cant get any internet video files to play with windows media player, although they worked a week
ago.

If you are playing streamed content, click tools, options, performance, check it is set to automatic for connection speed, change the buffer size to 30 seconds, click apply, close Media Player, try a video
