When I try to access a website I use often, I get an error message.................

"Forbidden: You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server". "Apache Server at www.dreamstime.com Port 80"

I visit this site often up until two weeks ago. I've called this sites tech support, verizon and belkin. No one can help me. PLEASE HELP ME. I am really stuck.
