Follow these steps:
Run registry editor by typing regedit at Start>Run.
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>Policies>Explorer.Click on Explorer.
On the right pane you will see an entry by the name of 'NoFolderOptions'.Right click on the entry and then click delete.
Then exit registry editor and restart your computer.
See if that helps in restoring Folder options.

Don't delete it...
Give it the following value in this way:
Right click that key and click on Edit.
Then change the "1" to a "0" (zero).
NEVER delete standard registry keys. Because in that way, it will just NEVER load the options again!!
I hope I wasn't too late.

I've changed the value of that register entry into 0 from regedit, and my folder option's restored. Thank you guys, you're great!!!
