Download.com seems to favor Yahoo tool bar, but I don't have a yahoo account and don't want to have to log into anything to get it to work.

Any suggestions are welcome, Thanks!

Yahoo Toolbar downloads with a number of programmes, check with Yahoo first but you should not need a Yahoo account or need to log into an account to use it
