I was in add/remove folder trying to uninstall nero 7 demo and half way through i clicked cancel and shut down my pc, the next day i when i turned my pc back on I didnt see any nero files installed but it was still in the add/remove folder and when i try to uninstall it says fatal error:installation corrupted - please reinstall nero but when i try to reinstall it it says the same thing. please help me.

i have one more problem i reinstalled nero but it wont let me burn regular cds/mp3 cds it allows me to burn dvds but not cds

Click start smart, at the top, is it set for CD / DVD

When you click the star on left then audio CD, what does it do?

Have you got Nero 7.2.0.3b

it goes to nero express and just lets me add files than when i go to the burn screen the burn option isnt highlighted

it jus says waitin for disk to get ready and than says theres no disk in the drive

Have you got another CDR disc you can try

When you load a music CD does it auto play

Did you check which version of Nero you have (7.2.0.3b)

i put in a real cd not a burnt one in and it dosnt auto play,
another cdr still dosnt work and how do i find out the version of the nero program that i have
