Hi All,

I will be working on computers at a small business this weekend. I have a question about their computer hardware;

Are the NIC cards that they use for their T1 service physically the same as the NIC card I use at home for my cable service with Roadrunner? In other words, if I take my LAN ethernet card from home and install it in one of the computers on their network, will it function in their T1 network? They need another ethernet LAN card in one of their computers. They set it up as a smaller server.

Thank you for any advice you can give,

Ken
