Don't know much about computers so bare with me. Haven't had any problems until a month ago. My computer has been acting real sluggish lately. I noticed that when i go to my task manager and click processes, the application are mem usage is running very high almost all of them are running at 6000 k and a month ago they were all in the hundreds. Explorer is running very high its in the 50,00k. Whats going on. They only thing i can remember that i have done recently is install another hard drive but thats working fine.

After the reboot, click optimize then system optimizer to accelerate downloads, select the speed just above your actual connection speed, this requires a reboot

After the reboot, click optimize then system optimizer to run system advisor
