Hi I have the following in my comp Mach speed mobo, AMD64 3000, 512mb 400mghtz memory, and a 128mb GeforceFx 5900xt AGP 8x. My questions:
-What would be the best agp apeture size?
- Should I enable FastWrite?
- Should I enable WS read and write functions?
-What is a mipmap?
-What Causes Tearing on your screen during game play?
Help with any of the questions would be appreciated. I googled some of my(?)s and it was really unclear to me what agp apeture size was, is it the graphics cards physical memory + the memory of the R.A.M. or is it just what I am using on the R.A.M. for Video. Is there a reason to turn it down from 128 which is what its at now, or should I turn it up? again any help would be appreciated, this is mainly for running BF2, Thanks!
