dlservice running CPU at 100%

Every mornning when I turn on my computer and log on. dlservice.exe is running the cpu at 100%
I don't know what is reason. I let it run 4 an hour but it still doesn't stop.
I can stop it with the task maneger. and then it does not start again.
I reinstalled mt operating system last week.
