When I am working it suddenly turns off even though the power light is still on. I also can't seem to restar, it says shutting down and freezes on that screen. I know the pc is off because I get a "no signal" on my screen. I also noticed that this power off seems to happen when I have multiple programs running which leads me to think it might be a memory problem but can't be sure. Someone pleeze help me! I really would appreciate any input you can provide.

Two main reasons a PC restarts are temperatures and video drivers, if it goes off and stays off for a while, temperatures are more likely

Items in blue which are underlined are clickable to give more information about the process

Download and install Everest Home Edition

Run the programme, Click + next to computer then sensor, look on the right for temperatures and post those

Click + next to computer then summary

Look on the right for display / video adapter

Look at the manufacturer’s site for the suitable drivers for your Operating System

If you are unable to find them, please post the make and model here before you download anything

Please set a system restore point before you install anything
