Hi NeedsHelpFast7897...

Open "My Documents", click "Tools" on the toolbar, and choose "Folder Options". Under the "File Types" tab, locate the Audo file types (extensions...wma, mp3, etc...) in the top list, select one at a time and do the following: (For the audio files, select WinAmp. For the video, select WMP.)
  • Click on the "Change" button
  • Select the application you want to open this type of file
  • Tick the checkbox to "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file"
  • Click "Ok"
Do this for all the audio and video file extensions and "Apply" the changes.
