i got a microsoft online crash analysis tha says i have one of the following viruses on my computer: Win32/Apropos.B, WinNT/Zufyx.A, Spyware.Apropos.C, Trojan.Win32.Crypt.t. It gave directions to fix it in safe mode but when i follow the directions and get in safe mode it doesn't show that i have access to the internet. i need to go to windows live safety center on internet explorer but can't get there. i have verizon dsl, a compaq computer with 256mb and windows xp. i'm not very computer smart but hopefully i can follow some simple directions! thank you in advance for any help with this issue.
p.s. i have teenage sons that downloaded from kazaa so i'm sure that could be a source of problems. also i have norton.
