computer keeps on restarting

ok. my computer keeps on restarting whenever it loads, so i put it on safe mode and i downloaded
spybot search and destroy,
antivir and ewido antispyware 4.0 all with not sucess.(at diferent times)
but when i got antivir , it kept on saying

C:\WINDOWS\system32\jkhfd.dll is the trojan horse i click to remove it and nothing.
i tried searching a remover on google but i couldent find one. Thats how i came across this forum.
does anyone know how i can get rid of this virus/spyware whatever it is??

I suggest you go to the Malware Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post a HiJackThis Log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
