This problem has occured just recently. When I attempt to compose a new mail, reply, or forward in Outlook 2003, I cannot use the mouse to position the cursor. I can navigate using the keyboard only. This has occured on 2 laptops so far. They are both Dells running Win XP Pro, SP2, with all OS and Office 2003 updates. This occurs whether using the touchpad or a USB mouse. Any assistance would be appreciated.
