[font=Book Antiqua]What is the problem when pop up message Runner Error runner file name (updates from HP.exe) Lacks a '_' (the app id separtor) What is causing this? ran defrag, scan disk, still pops up, after having hp do a system restore because could not do it from this computer. tried to reinstall charter security suite but failed intallation, talked to charter they checked and said it was a HP poblem, and after horus of trying to fix with HP they said it was charters problem, talked to both of them 4 times finally HP said it ccan be fixed
but it would cost me for them to tell me how to fix it
