hey guys I noticed my computers running slow and laggy I leave my computer on more then 24 hours a day and I friend told me to clear my computer cache how would I do that ? I know how to clean the internet cache, but not the systems. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

To clean out your system cache you can download this program:
http://www.ccleaner.com/download/

CCleaner does not only clean out system cache but also internet and other programs.
